India, having lost 2 jets to PAF couple of weeks ago, concludes a total loss of 5 aircraft in February alone.
Earlier, on 19th February, two Hawk aircraft of the Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran aerobatic team crashed after hitting each other mid-air during a rehearsal for the AeroIndia show.

Before that, one Mirage 2000, on February 01, got crashed while carrying out the first sortie after being upgraded by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), the state-owned complex.

These incidents conclude a total of five planes, just in February.
But IAF’s misery isn’t limited to February.
Earlier on 28 January, an Indian Air Force Jaguar fighter aircraft crashed in Kushinagar, UP. Also, earlier this month on 8th March, an Indian Air Force’s MiG-21 crashed Friday near Nal in Rajasthan. The pilot ejected and is reportedly safe.

Apart from jets, a Mi-17 chopper crashed on 27th February in Budgam-Indian occupied Kashmir, killing all six on board.

So, overall in 2019, India has lost its 7 fighter jets and a military chopper. If the country is asking for war, still, means it’s approaching a dead end.
