In an ongoing Joint session of parliament, Pakistani Premier Imran Khan announces the release of Wing commander Abhi Nanndran tomorrow as a gesture of peace.
“Pakistan is a peace loving country and desires peace and stability in the region.” , says Khan. He continued “…as a peace gesture, the Indian pilot captured yesterday will be released tomorrow.”
“Tension in relations between Pakistan and India is because of the long-pending issue of Kashmir”, says PM.
Expressing happiness over this, India’s Punjab Chief minister immediately puts on twitter, appreciating the step taken by Pakistan.
“This is going to be a step towards goodwill and I hope this will be lasting.” says, Captain Amarinder Singh, India’s Punjab CM.
