Cure your gastric problem with these 2 simple things

It’s a very common issue these days among the masses. Gastric problem leaves us in a severe discomfort zone. Not only this, many times, experiencing this problem in a social gathering, meeting family and friends, driving, or official meetings can lead us to extreme guilt.

Medication brings you relief, but temporarily, and at a cost of side effects which these medicines carry along (most of the time, if not always).

With this all, a homemade remedy is always preferable for a harm free cure. Sharing here a remedy I found very effective and have experienced likewise.

2 simple things; fennel seeds and black salt

Fennel seeds
Black salt

How to use?

Mix fennel seeds and black salt together in a ratio of 2:1. For instance, if you take 2 tbsp of fennel seeds, mix 1 tbsp of black salt with it.

Grind it in until the mixture turns to powder. That’s it! You have your homemade medicine ready. Consume a pinch or a half teaspoon after your meal..

Even though my symptoms were severely annoying, I found it very effective in its very first dose.

Prevention!

It is rightly said, “Prevention is better than cure.”

The gastric problem too, like other diseases, requires due prevention. Be informed please, that this remedy wouldn’t help you much if you ignore the concerned preventive approach.

You need to cut down (or reduce, it depends on the severity of your problem) the food/vegetable/ other eatables which contribute to gas generation in your body. Some of them are eggs, potatoes, tea ( I am sorry, but you have to….at least for few days to get your body normalized), coffee, potato, sweet potato, etc (you may consult your doctor to identify more foods that contribute to gas production within the body).

Besides….

A daily walk of 20 mins (or half hr) may augment the cure. I experienced the same when I used to do.

May Allah bless you relief from all the diseases including gastric problem.

That’s all from my side.

Stay blessed,

Note:

I shared what I experienced, for the benefit of people. However, you are still advised to consult your doctor before you start.

B.P patients shall be more cautious to seek doctor’s advice before using black salt, a key ingredient in the above mentioned treatment.
